Wedding Venue ReviewTilford InstituteTilford Farnham Surrey All wedding venue reviews are completely independent by Brian Parkes LSWPP, a specialist wedding photographer covering Surrey, Berkshire and Surrey. The Tilford Institute is an usual wedding venue in that it doesn't offer the grandest setting, the most expensive wines or a wedding planner, yet somehow is still the ideal venue for a small wedding. It's strength lies in it's charm, it is a charming venue, it's small, friendly and somehow quite suite. It's a nice venue for a small wedding, regardless of your budget. In photographic terms this venue has three great things going for it. The first is there is the village green opposite the front of the building which is a wide open space and a great place to host a game of croquet. If you can imagine typical village greens from the 'Midsommer Murder' series, you'll get an idea of what to expect. The second great thing about the venue and unusual for a venue of this size is the small garden you gain access through a gate too at the institute itself. There is a small field here surrounded by trees which is perfect for group photographs. The third great is the decor in the institute itself which is nice and light, making informal photography very easy. My only concern with this venue is there is not a lot of space to shoot groups should you have poor weather, but that aside, it's a charming little venue. |
